DESCRIPTION:Join the Youth Advisory Board! Applications for the Youth Advisory Board are now open!\nIf you want to make a difference\, seize this chance to impact children whose parents are battling stage IV cancer. \nJoin to learn leadership by electing officers\, creating agendas\, and conducting meetings with Robert’s Rules of Order. You’ll also organize a fundraising event for Memories for Kids and participate in fun activities like mailings. \nWe meet the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 p.m. Don’t miss this opportunity to make a meaningful difference! \nApplication Requirements: \n\nYou must be a student currently enrolled in high school in the Omaha Metro area.\nYou must be a 9th\, 10th or 11th grader for the 2026-27 school year.\nYou must be in good standing at your school and maintain at least a 2.5 GPA.\nYou must have a personal reference. May be a family friend\, employer\, teacher\, counselor\, etc. No family members.\n\nApplications are due no later than May 8th. Apply to the YAB here!  \nJoin this group of high schoolers to make a difference and help create lifelong memories for children who have parent with stage IV cancer. \nHAVE FUN! MAKE A DIFFERENCE!
