Our Memory: Disney World Vacation
Zach Pomfret was diagnosed with glioblastoma in December 2017. Zach and his wife, Tiffany, have one son who was two when they traveled to Disney World. Staying in a Cars Family Suite, they enjoyed the parks and pools for several days.
