Kala was a dear friend, and although she lost her battle with cancer in 2019, her memory is fierce. I didn’t know her for long, and it was only during her cancer journey, but that time is still full of special memories. Today, every time I see her boy Kaden running around or her daughter, Taylor, cheering at the football game, I think of how proud she would be of both of them.
Jenny serves others with a generous, kind, thoughtful, gracious and humble heart! Making a difference in the lives of her family (with 2 survivors of childhood cancer), friends and those she serves. Our beautiful niece Elyse is a warrior. She fought courageously and now is with the Lord. We will miss her shining spirit in the world. Rest in peace sweet Elyse.
